Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of internal line-of-business (LOB) applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment, with a strong focus on backend development and a passion for guiding engineering teams. You’ll split your time between individual contribution (70%) and technical leadership (30%), helping shape architecture and team direction within a collaborative Agile environment.
Salary Range: 140k-170k

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in:
Azure and cloud architecture
C#, .NET Framework, and ideally Razor
JavaScript, React, and Node.js
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with React Native or similar mobile frameworks
Knowledge of SQL Server and database architecture
Exposure to AI/ML technologies
Agile team environment
