About the Opportunity
Our client, a biotechnology company specializing in the development and distribution of intracellular products for healthcare organizations, is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to provide temporary recruiting support to their HR team. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for someone with prior recruiting or HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with the HR Manager to assist with administrative recruiting functions. This individual will help manage candidate flow, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate with hiring managers, and schedule interviews. This role is focused exclusively on recruiting support and will not be responsible for onboarding activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Review incoming resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens using provided screening questions
• Reach out to candidates regarding interview opportunities and next steps
• Coordinate candidate feedback and communication with hiring managers
• Schedule and manage virtual interviews
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruiting process
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation as needed
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively screen candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms

• Fully remote opportunity
• Approximately 5–10 hours per week
• Engagement expected to last about two weeks
• Simple interview process consisting of one virtual interview with the hiring manager

Compensation: $20-24/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
