Job Description
Our client is seeking driven, competitive, and highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help grow and strengthen partnerships with financial institutions across the country. This role combines relationship-building with business development, leveraging a mix of warm leads and proactive prospecting to connect bank partners with industry-leading solutions. Representatives will manage their own territories, work remotely, and travel extensively throughout assigned regions, meeting with clients, visiting bank branches, and attending industry conferences and association events. We are especially interested in recent graduates and individuals early in their sales careers who are coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop into top-performing sales professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term sales career while gaining exposure to senior decision-makers and a nationwide client base. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $65,000–$85,000, plus company-paid travel expenses including flights and meals.
