Day to Day: As our Salesforce Admin/consultant, you play a vital role at Modernizing Medicine. This position is central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. You will play a key part in supporting bugs, front line cases, and will help handle on occasion frontline cases across all applications. You will work in sales cloud and service cloud to handle front line cases including but not limited to integrations, Access to timeline, Bulk Upload, etc.
Hourly pay will vary based on experience: $8.00 - $12.00/hour
