Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to one of their C-Level Executive. As the Executive Assistant you will be part of a team with over 300 employees and will manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The right person will enjoy problem solving and bringing common sense solutions to challenges they face. The role will play a critical part in facilitating communications across different teams. Your role will include producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics; gather data and create spreadsheets, presentations and reports on any aspect of operations. We are looking for someone that proactively solves moderately complex problems and interacts with other departments to resolve issues. You will assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events as well as monitor daily meeting schedule and providing pertinent material. You will coordinate Townhall meetings; preparing agendas for meetings; monitoring and/or following up on all action items until completed. You will also prepare all travel (book air, hotel, and ground transportation) and major meeting itineraries, and compiling all pertinent information for planned travel. We are looking for someone that has this experience in an enterprise level company and has a go-getter attitude! This role is required to go onsite in Boca Raton four days a week.

- Technology/Product experience
- Enterprise level experience
- Exceptional executive presence (used to being in meetings with c-level execs, presenting etc.)
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Highly organized, autonomous and detail oriented.
- General knowledge and understanding of corporate organizational structure, functional responsibilities, and general operations.
