Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler with 1–2 years of hands-on experience assembling precision flow measurement and control devices. This role supports the production of high-performance components used in demanding semiconductor, industrial, and hydrogen applications where quality, cleanliness, and accuracy are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical flow measurement and control devices according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Perform sub-assemblies and final assemblies of valves, regulators, sensors, and related components
Use hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, and basic test equipment safely and accurately
Follow cleanroom and contamination-control procedures as required
Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality
Document assembly steps, inspection results, and any non-conformances
Identify and report defects, process issues, or improvement opportunities
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly
Experience working with precision components in regulated or high-reliability environments
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Familiarity with torque specifications, fasteners, fittings, and tubing
Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow strict procedures and work independently or in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with flow control devices, valves, regulators, or instrumentation
Background in semiconductor equipment, industrial systems, or hydrogen-related applications
Cleanroom assembly experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing, mechanics, or related field
