Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Head of Capital/Debt with expertise in securing institutional loans for real estate development projects. As the Head of Capital, you will play a critical role in sourcing and underwriting construction loans. You should have a deep understanding of the real estate financing landscape, particularly within debt and equity funds.

Responsibilities:
Lead the capital-raising efforts for real estate development projects.
Analyze building project proformas to determine capital requirements.
Identify and engage with debt and equity funds to secure financing.
Underwrite construction loans, assessing risk and feasibility.
Collaborate with developers, financial brokers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in capital sourcing for real estate projects.

Strong connections within debt funds.

Proficiency in underwriting and structuring construction loans.

Experience with civil housing and multi-family projects is a plus.

Expert knowledge of lending shops, building proforma, and capital stacks
