Insight Global is hiring for an Application Analyst operates independently and effectively manages multiple initiatives of moderate to high complexity. This role encompasses responsibilities across the full application lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. The analyst is also accountable for troubleshooting and resolving issues. In addition to technical execution, this position serves as a mentor, offering guidance and oversight through deep expertise in application logic. The analyst contributes to a culture of exceptional customer service and fosters respectful, collaborative relationships across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree – Healthcare, IT, Related Field
5 years’ experience working in IT – Analyst level
Experience documenting workflows – Documentation of processing
1+ year of professional ChatGPT experience – Intermediate level
Quick learner + Direct communication
Executive Presence to own C-suite level communication + presentations
