Migrating from Java (v3) to .NET 8 Blazor (v4)
AST v4 is a full rebuild of the internal Account Support Tool, replacing the legacy Java-based v3 with a modern .NET 8 Blazor Server app. This tool supports the internal support team as they assist patients with account access issues, including:
Password resets & account unlocks
Okta MFA removal
Fixing incorrect or mislinked patient records
Managing proxy (family) access The new platform will prioritize modular architecture, security, and performanceenabling faster workflows, easier support, and future extensibility.
