Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture principles, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs.
One of the key projects currently underway involves architecting a distributed system composed of 810 microservices, with a focus on centralized logging and monitoring using Datadog. This role will be instrumental in designing the architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring seamless integration across services.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure .NET-based applications and systems.
Define architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for .NET development.
Lead the architecture of a microservices-based system, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement centralized logging strategies and integrate microservices with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality software delivery.
Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to developers, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications.
Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and platforms.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize application efficiency.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architecture and development practices.
