· High school diploma or GED

· 2-3 years of experience service desk

· Good communication

· Epic Exposure or other EMR

· Ticketing systems

· Remote in access and password reset experience

Day-to-Day:

· This individual will focus on Tier Two responsibilities, primarily supporting Epic functions. They will receive training from the Epic team to effectively resolve related issues.
