Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote CDI Educator to own onboarding and training of CDI Specialists and physician liaisons. They will ensure the familiarization of workflows and ensuring policy and procedure are followed. They'll also shadow, reverse shadow, and mentor them while acting as a resource to the rest of the team.

- CCDS
- Active FL RN license
- 5 years of acute nursing exp
- 3 years of inpatient CDI exp
- Proficient in Microsoft (Powerpoint)
Patient & gives/receives feedback well
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CCS cert (coding)
- Denials & appeals
- Epic & Iodine
Previous educator experience or given feedback in the past, team lead experience
