Job Description

High-touch, on-site IT support for executive leadership, VIP users, and mission-critical staff
• Designed for high-pressure, high-visibility environments where professionalism, discretion, and
composure are essential
• Delivered by senior technicians who operate as trusted advisors, not just technical resources
• On-site installation, configuration, and support for:
o Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and printers
o Executive offices, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces
o Hybrid and remote executive work environments
• Rapid troubleshooting and resolution of Tier-2
• Direct support for executive meetings, briefings, and time-sensitive events

Targeting $35 an hour

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure
• Skilled in supporting executives and senior staff
Acts as the on-site extension of the enterprise service desk and overall IT department
• Coordinates seamlessly with Tier-1, Tier-3, engineering, and leadership teams
