Job Description

-Utilize best practices for implementing SOPs and creating documentation for the current and future SharePoint/Cloud environments

-Analyze and develop technical documentation detailing the integration and system performance or information security

-Administration of on-prem SharePoint platforms (2016 & 2019) across multiple networks and the SharePoint Online, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

-Provide daily routine operations and maintenance of SharePoint Servers, implementation of patches and updates.

-Create and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, web parts, list forms and workflows including permissions management.

-Support and maintain existing solutions, sites, workflows and SharePoint feature administration

-Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint 2016/2019 and SharePoint Online. -Manage and complete all support tickets in a timely manner

-Assist with the migration of on-prem SharePoint to SharePoint online

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience as a technical architect and designing solutions environments is required

-Must have an active Top Secret clearance

-Extensive knowledge of architecting and developing Cloud Computing technologies (SharePoint Online and O365)

-Technical experience supporting Microsoft stack technologies in standard and cloud-based environments. Experience managing multiple and blended SDLC methodologies

-Ability to support SharePoint Farms across multiple platforms on secure networks.

-Ability to provide afterhours support for escalations as necessary.

--Experience troubleshooting and understanding of basic virtualization, networking, and system integration capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience of migration of on-prem to SharePoint Online is highly desired.

-Experience with migration tools such as Sharegate is highly desired.
