Job Description
We’re seeking a Temporary Clerical Admin to support a short-term, government construction-related project in Washington, DC. This role is primarily clerical and administrative, with a strong focus on daily government reporting and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, complete, and submit daily government-required reports (provided by the government entity)
• Download, fill out, and electronically submit daily reports detailing:
o Personnel onsite
o Subcontractors and headcount
o Daily work activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to the project
• Support project leadership on other related clerical/administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of administrative or clerical experience
• Experience or familiarity with government paperwork preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines
• Comfortable working in a temporary, onsite setting
