One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Sr. Maintenance Technician at one of their commercial office properties in NW DC. They will be supporting a 400,000 square ft. building with daily operations including construction supervision, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair for all commercial base building systems.
This will be a fully onsite role, with a 9:30AM - 6PM Monday - Friday shift. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends on occasion.

2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting (must be hands on with putting gauges on refrigeration to check charges)
Universal CFC/EPA certification or license
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Additional HVAC or stationary engineering licenses
- Hands on experience with self-contained units (SCU's)
