Duration: permanent 20%
PR: $94,311.20 - $141,466.80k --> $45-68 / hr
Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (hours are flexible due to traffic), fully on-site
Interview Process:
• 1st round: 30 minute Zoom meeting with CFO
• 2nd round: 1 hour on-site panel interview with CFO, CEO, and Director of PFS
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Manager who will oversee daily financial operations at PIW, including intracompany billings, payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, budget adherence, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Monitors the overall financial and general accounting operations of the facility in accordance with facility policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Prepares analysis of facility income, expenditures, and capital asset values with comparison to previous periods.
• Prepares journal entries, narrative and financial statements.
• Prepares balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts monthly.
• Reconciles FTE report and Cash needs in a timely manner.
• Produces general ledger on a timely basis each month.
• Produces financial statements within facility guidelines.
• Assists in the preparation of the facility’s annual operating and capital budget.
• Performs timely variance analysis between budget and the actual results on a monthly basis.
• Monitors adherence to budget and consult with CFO on variances.
• Brings departmental procedural problems & variances to CFO attention as soon as identified.
• Tracks CERs against the budget to monitor requested, paid and balance remaining annually.
• Ensures the effective control and management of the accounts payable for the facility
• Monitors facility admission accuracy, contractual posting, and collection aging on A/R.
• Ensures the accurate processing of all employee payroll-related functions by managing data in the Kronos system for all employees.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll in an accurate and timely fashion.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an Accountant, with specific experience handling accounts payable and payroll functions.
○ CPA preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a MUST!
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five (5) years hands-on experience with general accounting duties.
○ Emphasis on month end close!
• Working knowledge of KRONOS, ADP, payroll/accounts payable systems, Excel or any combination of education, training or experience in a business office environment.

• This candidate will the CFO's right hand!
• The CFO is seeking someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and highly communicative across departments and with key stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will support department leaders with financial and accounting tasks, and bring strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
This is not a traditional “heads-down” accounting role. The CFO wants someone who is engaged, proactive, and visible, someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of cross-functional conversations.
