Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a cleared Staff Project Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across teams. This role involves document management, tasker updates, customer service correspondence, and portfolio coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong staff assistance experience, a confident personality, and proficiency in SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rewrite and update documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain and update taskers, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Handle customer service correspondence, responding professionally and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
- Break down operational barriers by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Manage and coordinate portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives and ensure smooth communication.
- Utilize SharePoint for document storage, collaboration, and workflow management.
Compensation:
$55-70/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
