Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a cleared IT Program Analyst sitting hybrid in NW, DC supporting a large government client. This individual will help bridge the gap between technical teams and operational consular support. This role supports global clients, including U.S. Embassies and Consulates, by coordinating with developers, system owners, and foreign service-driven groups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet international support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between IT and OCM, supporting operations within foreign service-driven environments.
-Perform off-hours monitoring of support tickets and report the nature and urgency of required support.
- Provide global consular support, working with OCONUS clients at embassies and consulates to relay issues and updates to developers and system owners.
- Make recommendations to the SO Service Desk regarding database operations, network operations, and deployment strategies.
- Assist the SDO deployment team with coordination and technical support.
- Collaborate with the liaison team to resolve issues and establish structured reporting mechanisms.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across technical and operational teams.
Compensation:
$50-62/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret clearance.
- Ability to work flexible or off-hours to support global operations.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Familiarity with database operations, network infrastructure, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with government or consular environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and reporting tools.
