Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a cleared Change Management Project Analyst to sit local to the DMV area supporting a large government client. This individual will support the Change Management Team to evaluate how changes will affect the organization and conduct readiness assessments for transformation at-large and individual project milestones. This person will act as a liaison, serving as a link between the multiple team members and stakeholders and help support creating and executing change management strategies and plans to ease organizational transitions. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Facilitate communications, establish partnerships and help create and implement strategies to support project teams.
- Help provide immediate resolution for concerns, and evaluate change management strategies.
- Document change management activities for future reference and provide post-implementation support.
- Develop requirements for applications via interviews with stakeholders and analysis of needs.
- Develop technical solutions for identified business needs.

Compensation: $55-70/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Secret security clearance
- Experience designing and implementing change strategies and communications strategies, workflows, and other solutions to meet a variety of business needs
- Strong interpersonal and oral skills.
- Experience in a high-pressure, geographically dispersed, cross-organizational hybrid work environment.
- Expert time management skills.
- Must be able to coordinate multiple, competing tasks and timelines transparently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience developing PCT Models, ADKAR Models, organizational readiness assessments, and role assessments.
- PMP. Lean Six Sigma certifications
