Insight Global is looking for a cleared Change Management Practitioner sitting in NW, DC supporting a large government client. They will play a key role in developing and implementing Change Management strategy for CA organizational and work units. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new initiatives, technologies, and processes. They will act as a trusted advisor to senior transformation leadership, providing expert guidance on change management best practices and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
Compensation:
$50-65/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Active Secret Clearance
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Extensive knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in change management required.
Experience in the public sector is strongly preferred.
