Job Description

We are seeking to hire a number of Project Managers in Washington DC to support a global organisation during a significant period of transition.

These roles demand a proven ability to manage business change, focusing on areas such as Finance, Operations, HR and Technology. You’ll act as the bridge between teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are cleared captured and ensuring every detail of the program is flawlessly executed.

Targeting $45-75 an hour

Required Skills & Experience

Willing to work in Downtown DC 4 days a week onsite

A proven background in driving projects to completion within a complex, global transformation environment

Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills – you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence

Ability to facilitate planning meetings, monitor task completion and escalate issues to task owners or Program Manager

Demonstrable experience of integration planning and execution discussions with Operations teams

Excellent planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Legal industry or professional services background
Ability to operate within a consulting environment
