Pay Rate

$68 - $85 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Lead and manage all phases of the stadium project from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate the development and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Align program objectives with organizational strategy and client requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple projects including design, construction, technology integration, and operations readiness.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and sustainability goals.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in program management.
• Administer overall project management for large stadium builds.
• Set project-specific objectives and policies.
Coordinate with design teams, city officials, and owners.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in complex, fast-track construction projects.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Experience with sports facilities
• Experience with large public venues a plus
