$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
Experience documenting and evaluating changes in project cost, schedule, evaluating contractors request for change order and preparing written reports on project status
Able to read construction drawings
Maintains records on project costs, time schedules, contractor performance, and contract changes
BS Construction Management or Engineering or BA Architecture
3+ Years in role as a Project Manager/Project Engineer
