Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Project Engineer to help takeover all the Change Order processes for an ongoing construction management project with GSA in Washington D.C.

Required Skills & Experience

$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
Experience documenting and evaluating changes in project cost, schedule, evaluating contractors request for change order and preparing written reports on project status
Able to read construction drawings
Maintains records on project costs, time schedules, contractor performance, and contract changes

BS Construction Management or Engineering or BA Architecture

3+ Years in role as a Project Manager/Project Engineer

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Any Kahua experience
