Job Description

My client is seeking two new program managers to join their team to support new DoT task orders. These roles will be hybrid and reporting to the Navy Yard a couple of days a week as needed. They will be in charge of overseeing the operations and maintenance of the enhancements being made to the DoTs financial management system. One will be more technically focused working with the technical team for the enhancements while the other PM will be more business processed focused. Both will run daily/weekly standup meetings, monitor updates to schedule and budget, and provide key updates to leadership and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree
-PMP certification
- Scrum Master Certification and Scrum Product Owner certification
-10+ years project/program management experience with 5+ years supporting an Enterprise program management office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Masters Degree
- Familiarity with federal acquisitions process and systems (ex. Prism)
- exp supporting federal research or technology portfolios
