Job Description
We are seeking a Network Engineer with a primary focus on networking and Cisco Meraki environments to support day-to-day operations and ongoing infrastructure initiatives. This role is heavily centered around managing and troubleshooting network connectivity across a distributed environment, with additional exposure to voice systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Meraki-based networks, along with a solid understanding of core networking principles. Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco voice technologies is helpful but does not need to be deep—this role is much more network-focused than telephony-heavy. Responsibilities include maintaining network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and supporting overall infrastructure reliability.
Pay range: 40-42.75

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions – support, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
• Exposure to Microsoft Teams Phone including Direct Routing or Operator Connect
• Some experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) environments
• Some Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) for SIP trunking and voice gateway management.
