Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting to join a prestigious law firm client in Washington, D.C. This firm generates $3 billion in revenue and caters to clients in key hubs of business, finance, technology, and government. The Manager of Legal Recruiting will be overseeing the entry level recruitment and campus outreach programs. This individual will collaborate with the firm-wide hiring partner, DC office hiring partners, attorneys, and administrative staff on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Manage all aspects of activities related to the recruiting and hiring of entry level lawyers, the summer associate program and partnering with law schools.
o This includes firms campus outreach, entry level recruiting, and summer associate program, including orientation, social events, trainings, surveys, and evaluations.
Mentor and develop staff, which includes overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
Manage relationships with representatives at law schools and assist with creating and executing marketing strategy of recruiting efforts to both internal and external clients.
Prepare, administer, and maintain recruiting policies, operational procedures, and practices consistent with the goals and objectives of the firm, including meeting firms diversity hiring goals.

This is a full-time position is in the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday) in Washington, D.C.

$117,000 to $165,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services industry
Advanced HR employment knowledge, including immigration laws, employment terms, benefits, and policies
Excellent strategic, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Bachelors Degree
