Job Description

Savvee Consulting is looking to hire an entry-level Junior Program Analyst to provide administrative support for various working groups for our Veterans Health Administration (VHA) client, located in Washington, DC in a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be able to develop agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.

Support the creation of meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track / follow up on action items.
Support updates to presentation slide decks in MS PowerPoint.
Provide administrative support to various Investment Governance Services (IGS) Boards and Working Groups.
Develop reports, presentations, and coordinate presenters in support of governance boards.
Communicate updates from boards and working groups back to architecture team and stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing.
Produce monthly consolidated status reports encompassing all meetings supported and deliverables produced.
Provide strategic planning support by assisting in defining and identifying strategic goals, objectives, and milestones.
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client

Required Skills & Experience

· Must have the ability to obtain the clients Public Trust clearance
· A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products, especially Teams & Power Point
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bachelors degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· A highly motivated self-starter
· Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills, strong focus on quality
