We are seeking an experienced and strategic US International Tax Manager to join our U.S. tax team. This role is critical in managing all aspects of international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy for our global operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong U.S. international tax expertise, particularly in areas such as GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and transfer pricing, along with experience in ASC 740 and global tax compliance. You will collaborate across tax, finance, and business teams globally, playing a key role in tax planning, operational strategy, compliance, and audit support.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in international tax with a large multinational, Big Four, or global consulting firm.
Deep understanding of U.S. international tax rules, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and Subpart F.
Strong experience with ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax accounting for international operations.
Proficiency in transfer pricing principles, documentation requirements, and intercompany transactions.
Proficiency with tax and financial software (e.g., OneSource Tax and NetSuite preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
