Day to Day
Partner with the management team to identify and implement value-added financial services.
Drive process improvement and automation across the accounting and finance functions.
Prepare special reports and financial analyses by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to management.
Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
Document, design and analyze accounting and business processes to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.
Develop initiatives and polices that could improve financial growth.
Support annual budgeting process and perform monthly actual versus budget financial analysis.
Support month-end close, reporting and consolidation as needed.
Provide guidance as needed to other team members in the finance group.
Work on special projects as requested by VP of Finance.
