Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Facility Condition Assessor to support a nationwide federal facilities contract set to run until end of June 2025 (with possible extensions). These individuals will cover different federal facilities across the US evaluating architectural /structural systems to determine condition and remaining useful life. They will be entering data and completing comprehensive reports to submit back to the government customer. Individuals will need to be technologically proficient and able to learn new software quickly in order to perform all job responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years of experience in assessing, inspections or surveying for physical structures
- Thorough knowledge of envelope (roof, windows, exterior walls, etc) and building interiors including walls, carpeting, doors, mechanical systems)
- Strong communication skills; especially written
- Deadline driven and able to balance multiple projects at once
- Clean background and ability to obtain a government clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer in Training (EIT) or Architecture License
- Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM) or LEED Certifications
