Job Description
- Manage facility ticketing system and coordinate routine and corrective maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and cost-effective service delivery
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while controlling costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, expenses, contracts, payroll support, and facilities office operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Good at documentation and detail oriented, matching work orders to invoices
- Understanding of work order systems, building tours, vendor management, quality inspections
- Experience with CMMS work ticketing systems
- 2+ years in facility coordination, property management, or related fields
