Job Description
• Providing direct administrative support to client executives
• Managing executive calendars, taskings, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and quality-checking executive correspondence and briefing products in accordance with established templates and leadership preferences.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel using federal travel systems (e.g., OTER, Concur).
• Tracking action items and retrieving meeting materials through SharePoint tasking systems and other internal platforms.
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other office systems to support front office operations.
• Processing official documents, including printing, routing, and autopen coordination.
• Serving as back-up support to the senior Special Assistant to ensure continuity of operations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience providing executive-level administrative or front office support, preferably within a federal agency or law enforcement organization.
• Active CBP BI
