Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for one of our venture capital firm clients in the DC area. This role will be on site for four (4) days per week.
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager you will play a critical role in supporting our client’s leadership team and owning the day-to-day office experience. This opportunity is a true hybrid role, approximately 60–70% Executive Assistant support and 30–40% Office Management, with heavier office responsibilities during the initial onboarding period. This is an opportunity to build the role, create trusted relationships with newly promoted partners, and become the operational backbone of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities (60–70%)
• Provide high-level administrative support to two recently promoted partners
• Own and manage complex calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle expenses, travel planning, and itineraries (direct booking)
• Support occasional domestic travel (SF, NY, Boston; ~3 short trips per year)
• Track priorities and follow up with external companies
• Build trusted working relationships and define EA best practices
Office Manager Responsibilities (30–40%)
• Own day-to-day office operations and management
• Acting as a liaison managing vendor relationships
• Coordinate daily lunches and office grocery orders
• Maintain clean, organized, meeting-ready conference rooms
• Ensure office supplies and kitchen stock are maintained
• Serve as the people-first operator of the office experience
• Be available onsite if urgent office needs arise

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment experience
