Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for an evening/second shift position on a University campus in DC. This role runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The technician will work alongside grounds and general maintenance staff but will be the sole HVAC specialist on this shift, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills & Experience

3 years of experience in commercial HVAC
Experience with commercial boilers, chillers, air handlers
Experience changing out compressors and motors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Controls experience
Knowledge of Siemens
