Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join one of our largest customers in the Washington, DC area for a federal project. This is a ground up build for a federal entity currently in the civil stage. We are looking for a Lead PM with federal ground up construction experience comfortable interfacing in an Owners Representative capacity. This will be 5-6 days a week onsite. This is a 6-12 month contract to hire position.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of total experience with at MINIMUM 10 years as the Lead Construction Project Manager on $50+ million dollar projects (ideally federal, though large commercial will suffice if capital project budget exceeds $350mm)
- Experience with major construction projects cradle to grave and large general contractors
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday)
- Willingness/ability to walk long distances for site walkthroughs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 20+ years of ground up construction experience for federal projects exceeding at minimum $50mm capital project budgets as the Lead Project Manager
