Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager in our Masonry Division located in the Washington DC. The Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise. The Project Manager will also be responsible for submittals, RFI's, project reports, ensuring contract and regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Project management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience in construction management and familiarity with construction processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area
• Relevant certifications such as PMP and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field are a plus
