Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including but not limited to commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant cost information and clarify project requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing trends, materials, and labor costs in the industry.
• Prepare bid proposals and presentation materials for clients, highlighting our capabilities and value proposition.
• Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all estimates are competitive and accurate.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost control throughout the construction process.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and support their professional development.

Salary: 105-110K

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in masonry. masonry restoration, concrete.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Stratosphere.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
