The ideal candidate should:
Be proficient with IBM Rational Suite (ClearQuest, ClearCase) and software/application builds.
Manage multiple assignments independently while collaborating with the Program Team.
Understand the Software Development Lifecycle for configuration management (CM).
Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
