Our client is seeking a motivated mid-level Business Process Analyst to support their federal mission. The Analyst will meet with stakeholders to elicit requirements and perform manual testing.
- 4+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree
- Technical Bachelor's degree (computer science, information systems, etc.)
- Functional and load testing experience
- JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence experience
- Experience with business process modeling, Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and RTM
- Agile or Waterfall experience
- Strong communication for customer interfacing
