Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple buildings on a university campus. This client-facing role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of 25 maintenance personnel and custodians. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and liaising with vendors for specialized services. This person must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in facilities management within an educational or large-scale environment.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5-10 years of experience in Facilities management experience
· Experience managing multiple large building
· Experienced in a management role- both client and employee facing
· Experienced working in a ticket system
Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in custodial, HVAC
