Job Description
My client is looking for an architectural inspector to join their growing federal project in Washington DC. This is a ground up construction of a federal office building out of a historic preservation site, and the structural inspector will be reviewing architectural designs, review ongoing construction through site inspections to ensure all work is up to terms to building codes, and submitting all architectural QA documentation to the end client. The QA specialist will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders, the general contractor, and key members of the client team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ year's of experience with oversight of Architectural component installation, design/spec reviews -- must be building construction exp (the larger, more complex the better)
- comfortable with material take offs, QA documentation, and good communication with clients
