Job Description
We are seeking a Technical/Integration Specialist to support and enhance integrations within the Zip Intake Management platform. This role focuses on API integrations, middleware support, troubleshooting, and technical administration across procurement and enterprise systems.
Ideal candidates bring strong experience with SaaS integrations, enterprise APIs, ERP systems, and production support in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot production integrations (APIs, webhooks, file transfers, workflows)
- Perform RCA and partner with IT, security, and vendors to resolve issues
- Build and maintain integrations between Zip and systems including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Agiloft (CLM), OneTrust, HR, and identity platforms
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI)
- Support deployments, environment management, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years in integration/middleware support within enterprise environments
- Strong API experience (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, webhooks, auth/security)
- Experience integrating procurement/intake platforms and ERP systems (SAP/Ariba preferred)
- Hands-on with SQL, monitoring tools, and cloud/SaaS integrations
- Experience with CI/CD, release processes, and ITIL environments
- Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or PowerShell)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to intake-to-procure workflows strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
