We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our team in Wilmington, DE. This individual will be responsible for developing security architecture across all technology stacks, including on-premise and cloud (AWS, Azure, SaaS) environments. This role requires hands on technical skills needed for evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing cybersecurity tools and technologies. This employee will work closely with business, infrastructure, and other IT teams to assure security across the organization. Additionally, this resource will manage consulting resources and lead projects to ensure the organization's security posture aligns with industry best practices and organizational goals. This position is 4-days onsite in Wilmington, DE.

- Extensive IT & Cybersecurity Experience: 710 years in IT with 4+ years specializing in cloud security architecture, including hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Technical & Security Proficiency: Deep knowledge of networking protocols, cloud and on-prem security technologies, and tools such as SIEM, DLP, IRM, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, and patch management.
Certifications & Standards Knowledge: Holds or is pursuing certifications like CISSP, CCSP, and AWS/Azure Security Architect; well-versed in NIST and SANS security frameworks.
Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead cybersecurity teams and projects, with strong planning, execution, and monitoring skills aligned with ITIL practices.
Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders, working independently or in teams, and communicating complex security concepts clearly.
