We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer/Business Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions for Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) systems. Duties will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, secure, and integrated platforms supporting Clinical Development Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software and Data Architecture - design and deploy robust software and infrastructure solutions; develop data architecture aligned with business goals and RBQM requirements
- RBQM Implementation and Business Analysis - lead RBQM platform selection, implementation, and enhancement; gather requirements, define specifications, and guide development of Oracle Siebel and PowerBI Platforms
- Reporting and Dashboards - Build custom reports using data from Planisware, Oracle CTMS, Veeva CDB, and other enterprise systems
- DevOps & CI/CD - optimize deployment pipelines and improve development cycles through automation and best practices
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration - Provide architecture guidance, mentor developers, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
