One of Insight Global's leading manufacturing clients is looking for a highly trained IT Service Delivery Leader who will be responsible for providing end-to-end service delivery and integration. This individual with provide guidance and support for the North American region. They will be supporting Site IT Leaders and technical teams for overall IT operations and serve as the point of escalation for all IT issues. This individual will help ensure 24x7 uptime of IT infrastructure including hardware, servers, storage systems, data, wireless, voice networks, and more. This role will be hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Wilmington, DE.
Day-To-Day:
- Resolve end user issues and escalations
- Change management/Problem management
- Performance monitoring : coaching and development
- Service restoration
- Local Vendor management
- Continuous improvement
- Support IT Leads initiatives
- Data Analysis

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery
- Experience acting as an IT generalist in an infrastructure environment
- Ability to speak cross functionally
- Vendor Management/Change Management/People Management
- Action-Oriented and experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Planview or Project place experience to track project work
- Data analysis : Excel pivot tables
- Great communication, and organization skills
