Job Description
A global electronic and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Specialist / Business Analyst who can act as a bridge between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will take ownership of business requirements, convert them into high-level technical documentation, and drive analytics delivery either hands-on or by coordinating with Power BI development teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytics leadership, and experience working in enterprise environments. This is an immediate need that can sit remotely in India and is an ongoing multi-year engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Translate business needs into high-level technical requirement documents and solution designs
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports as needed, or manage delivery through Power BI specialists
• Own tracking, milestone planning, and delivery coordination across analytics initiatives
• Ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and data governance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and analytics
Support decision-making through insights-driven dashboards and reporting frameworks

Required Skills & Experience
• 9–10+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, BI, or Analytics roles
• Strong hands-on or supervisory experience with Power BI
• Proven ability to take business requirements and convert them into technical documentation
• Experience leading or coordinating BI/dashboard development efforts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large enterprise or global environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to Supply Chain or Integrated Operations domains
• Experience working with manufacturing, operations, or logistics data
Prior experience supporting global analytics programs
