Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technical Lead with expertise in securing cloud platforms and deploying identity and access management controls. This role will lead projects focused on driving remediation of AWS and Azure cloud findings, design and implement controls for identity governance, privileged access management and non-human identity and access management. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in both cloud security and IAM, with a strong track record of leading enterprise cybersecurity programs in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cybersecurity projects and initiatives focused on Cloud Security and Identity and Access Security.
• Design and implement security controls for AWS and Azure environments, including CSPM, CNAPP, CIEM, cloud workload protection, and data protection solutions.
• Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Non-human identities and lifecycle management.
• Assess cloud and identity security architectures and recommend improvements to strengthen security posture and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, DevOps, HR, and business teams to implement secure identity and access controls across enterprise platforms.
• Define security standards, policies, and governance frameworks for cloud environments and enterprise identities.
• Drive remediation of cloud security and identity-related findings, including excessive permissions, orphaned accounts, toxic access combinations, and privileged access risks.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud security, identity security, and automation technologies that improve governance, visibility, and threat detection.
• Manage and enhance security tools and processes related to cloud security and identity and access management.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years leading and managing security projects in cloud security or IAM area.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS and Azure security architectures, cloud-native services, and security controls.
• Experience implementing security projects for cloud environment such as Cloud security posture management, Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform or other Cloud-native controls and deployments.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) solutions.
• Experience implementing or operating cloud security tools such as Wiz, Crowdstrike and other CSPM tools, and identity governance and management tools such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
• CISSP, CCSP, CISM (or equivalent security certifications)
