A large utlities client is looking for a WIN 11 Technician to join their team and help support a WIN 11 Migration project along with other IT support needs.
What you are working on:
- Imaging all PCs using SCCM or Autopilot
- Update Inventory sheet to track who is using which computer
- Manage/Maintain inventory in storage room
- Including proactively ordering items when counts get low
- Organize shipping materials, including refilling supplies from FedEx
- Create labels for people to ship or return equipment
- Work with Dell for Warranty repair
- Work with users to return equipment from separated employees
- Also Retrieve computers when they are replaced
