Job Description
The Network Engineer will play a key role in supporting and advancing the organization’s digital transformation initiative within a Windows-based environment. This role is responsible for the design, monitoring, management, deployment, and ongoing support of an enterprise network with Cisco serving as the core backbone. The engineer will support wired and wireless infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi and cellular connectivity, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performance network services. In addition to day‑to‑day operational support, this position requires a strong architecture and design background, with the ability to assess the current network environment, identify gaps and risks, and develop actionable recommendations to improve scalability, resilience, and manageability. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical expertise with a strategic mindset to guide network modernization efforts and align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Cisco networking expertise, with hands-on experience supporting Cisco as the enterprise backbone (routing, switching, and core infrastructure).
Proven experience in network monitoring, management, deployment, and operational support, including troubleshooting and performance optimization in production environments.
Wireless networking experience, including design, implementation, and support of enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions.
Cellular and WAN connectivity experience, supporting mobile or remote connectivity use cases as part of a modern network strategy.
Network architecture and design background, with the ability to balance technical design decisions with management, governance, and scalability considerations.
Assessment and advisory capability, including evaluating existing network environments, identifying gaps or risks, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to support modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
